Benjie

Attorney Benjie Reed received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.   Benjie’s primary focus for almost over 40 years has been in criminal, family, probate and real estate law.  Benjie also has a heavy Social Security/Disability practice.  Like Bobby, Benjie handles a great deal of curative work as the co-owner and attorney for of First Title of Limestone County.

Attorney Bobby Reed attended Texas Tech University and graduated from Baylor University School of Law.  Prior to graduating from law school, Bobby was elected Limestone County Judge and served for 4 1/2 years. Bobby’s primary focus for over 50 years has been in criminal, family, probate and real estate law.  Bobby handles a great deal of curative work as the co-owner of and attorney for First Title of Limestone County.

Justin Reed provides experienced and compassionate legal counsel in Criminal Law, Family Law, Real Estate, and Probate matters. With a foundation built on over 100 jury trials and the successful handling of more than 250 divorce cases, he understands the complexities of the legal system and strives to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. A graduate of Texas Tech University (BA, 2001; JD, 2005), he is also a Certified Mediator, offering alternative dispute resolution options. His dedication extends beyond the courtroom, as demonstrated by his continuous service on the Parkview Regional Hospital Board since 2006.

Stephen

Attorney Stephen Reed grew up in Mexia and later received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University in 2000 and his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law) in 2007. He was licensed to practice law in 2007. 

Stephen’s areas of specialty include Family Law (divorce, child custody), Criminal Law and Real Estate law (transactional and curative). Stephen is also a certified mediator.

For nearly 20 years, Stephen has tried criminal cases ranging from class B misdemeanors to first degree felonies. He has also handled hundreds of divorces and custody disputes from temporary orders to final disposition. Stephen approaches cases with compassion, understanding that he is helping his client through what may be the most important thing in their life.
